Except for a couple of flaws, this could be a VF book.  At the bottom right corner, there is a couple of small pieces of the cover gone--this looks like it could have occurred at the factory-- a small hole goes through the first couple of pages--likewise, a small piece of the back cover is missing-- the top right corner of the book is not perfect--otherwise a mice book that presents well and appears to be fairly sturdy
